About the Show

Feeling disconnected because the world keeps shifting under your feet? The Daily Reconnect is a weekday micro-podcast that helps you come back to the moment using guided relaxation exercises. In about five minutes, you’ll reset your nervous system using your own natural breathing, body-based, visualization, and sensory exercises. This is so you’re grounded enough to keep going. So you’re ready to show up for what matters and continue resisting.

This podcast is written, hosted, edited and produced by a human, Jen deHaan. This show is written, recorded, and fully produced in Canada..

Style wise: expect clean, simple language to guide you. This is not spiritual, and not like a yoga class.
