We are living in interesting times, isolated times, remarkable times… in a wild rapidly changing world. So what you’re feeling, whatever that is, makes sense. We all handle difficulty and stress and change and isolation and disconnection in our own ways. Together we will try to reconnect to the world, our bodies, our minds. And get motivated to make a difference again.
Do not expect any toxic positivity, blind optimism, or ignore the reality of the vast variety of our unique situations. I’m a lifelong skeptic, with a desire to have hope when I can, and thrive on deep dives and facts and dislike assumptions. I understand that there is so much variety out there in ways of access, capacity, and culture.
This show contains an exercise designed to help you destress and re-engage. Then expect some daily words to help you find some motivation to engage in connected action for meaningful change.
